Here are my terms of service

Failure to follow my TOS will result in the following:
-Blacklisting
-Refusal to finish said commission

I heavily prefer payment to be upfront, unless its for discord nitro or a USD voucher. I can happily do half before I start and half afterwards, that's completely ok with me.
I only take DA pts, Usd or CAD vouchers, discord nitro, etc, I do not take "exposure" or anything of the sort.

1) No refunds will be issued unless you have given me an explicit reason and notice before I have started the line-art process.

2) I have the right to deny service to anyone, especially if you are on any of my mutual's blacklists

3) Please do not get upset if I ever cancel a commission. Like stated before I'm a very busy person who has a life besides drawing.

4) Please do not repeatedly ask me for updates, I will happily provide the occasional update if it has been more than 1 week. If you keep asking me everyday for updates I will refund/cancel the commission.

5) Following the last rule, I am quite a forgetful person, so please do not hesitate to ask for updates (as long as its past the 1 week mark)

6) I have the right to deny drawing any oc, especially if they are too complex, explicit or I'm just not comfortable drawing them. If you keep trying to get me to draw an oc I refused, I will blacklist you.

7) I do not accept unclear references. Please provide me with a clear reference of your character.
This does not include shaded references, unclear references, etc. Those will all be denied and you will be asked to provide a new OC.

8) Please be sure to credit me and my art if you use it for a profile picture, a banner, sharing it, etc.
Failure to do so will result in me deleting the art from my profile and blacklisting you. I will give out a warning first.

9) I have the right to use any art I draw for advertisement purposes. I will not claim your oc, but I do claim that I drew the piece and can use it to show others my current style and use it as examples for future commissions.

10) I have the right to reuse any sketches I draw if I am no longer working on the commission whether that be from having to cancel or refunding. I drew it so I can reuse it how I please (With a different character)

Q: What program do you use?
A: I currently use Clip Studio Paint pro

Q: What do you use to draw?
A: I am currently using a Wacom intuos, but hope to one day get a bigger tablet.

Q: What is your average turn around time?
A: honestly depends, if its something simple 1-2 days, if its lets say an animated full could be anywhere from 4 days- 2 weeks
